Bio: 

SettleLand & Realty, LLC was formed in 2012 in Loudoun County after closing my retail store, The Pink Polka Dot, which was located in Brambleton, VA. Since my background was in new construction sales, it seemed that real estate would be the logical “next career”. But soon after obtaining my Real Estate License, my husband & I found our way to beautiful Smith Mountain Lake, VA. Surrounded by the Blue Ridge Mountains, our office is located in Franklin County, VA, and we serve several counties surrounding Smith Mountain Lake. Smith Mountain Lake is located in SW Virginia, not far from Roanoke, Lynchburg and Virginia Tech. SettleLand & Realty’s goal is to assist our clients from start to finish when buying or selling.
