Dr. Jeff Lombard was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. After obtaining his undergraduate degree in life sciences at Pennsylvania State University, he attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine where he graduated in the top of his class.
Dr. Lombard was then selected to attend the prestigious Montefiore Hospital, Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City for his three year specialty training in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics.  A strong believer in continuing education to ensure his patients receive the highest quality orthodontic care with the latest in technology, Dr. Lombard has completed several post graduate programs and participates in numerous orthodontic study
clubs both locally and nationally. Beyond being committed to his patients, Dr. Lombard is dedicated to his family and community. He, along with his wife Annabel, and their goldendoodle, Simba, live locally in Leesburg.  Striving to give back to the community in multiple facets, Dr. Lombard is excited to partner with multiple schools and businesses in the area.
